My son had a terribly long and miserable stomach virus and rhinovirus at the same time. He was drinking only pedialite for long periods of time as he couldn't keep anything down. Unfortunately, this caused him to have bowel movements that left painful burns and rashes on his bottom. This diaper cream helped immensely in making him feel much better between diaper changes and made the problem go away faster than I could have imagined. As the title says, I love this stuff!

This rash cream is amazing. I love the consistency--it's not sticky at all, but rather soft and smooth. I also love that you push the top down to dispense the cream on the toosh; it's much handier than messing with a tube.

Also, some information for those who cloth diaper: I use bumGenius diapers, and rash cream is not supposed to come in direct contact with them. (We use Kushies Flushable Biodgradable Diaper Liners as a barrier. ) It's inevitable that a little rash cream will get on the diapers from time to time, though, and I've been very pleased with how this cream does not stick around after washing like other creams will.

My son has extremely sensitive skin. While other creams were effective, they were so thick that when it was time to bathe my baby, there was no way to completely remove all the residue! I tried other creams, and although I really liked Butt Paste, I was not happy about the packaging and the fact that it stains clothes. This is by far the best diaper cream! I love the pump because it dispenses just the right amount. The cream is not thick, and it comes off clothes completely after just one wash. This was become a staple in my diapering routine. I have been using the product for about a month a a half and I have barely used more than one third of the tube! And did I mention that my son has not had a diaper rash ever since?

Used to use Aveeno Baby (works miracles) and still do in rare instances when I think diaper rash is getting pretty bad. But, I was searching for a paraben-free alternative. I tried Burt's Bees, but it's too lavender-y and just didn't work for my son's rare and mild diaper rash. So, this definitely works on the mild case of diaper rash, but I keep the Aveeno as an emergency back-up for a bad case of diaper rash. Oh, and the method is kinda lumpy, which is kinda annoying.

Typical method - all about the packaging more than the product quality. It isn't terrible, but it isn't great.
