I loved the look and all the lil’ pockets that this bag contains, it is a product which design was carefully thought of. However, there is a serious issue with the metal parts that hold the handle of the bag. They are too heavy for the fabric and they fall. I ended up losing one of those parts on the street and having to tie a knot to keep the handler on my shoulder. I contacted the customer service in the company’s website and never heard back. As a result I will be returning this item.
I am so glad I found this bag for a decent price on Amazon, it sold for much more at Nordstrom. It is lightweight and no velcro made a huge difference to get in and out of it when you are fishing for a diaper. The sleek black design makes it easy for either me or my husband to carry but the little details do give it more style. The light-colored lining is also super-useful for finding everything you jam in there.
I really like this bag. I got it today. I love how soft it is! I mean it is really super soft! I like how the bag fits what I really need. The mommy pocket is reall hard to get into and probably will not be used much. The changing pad is really soft and a nice size. The pockets on the outside for bottles are wonderful they are big and fit well! The inside is easy to organize and find everything. The only thing is I was expecting a bag that was a bit bigger. I think I may have to save my pennies and try and get the larger bag sometime, but for now it is good. I considered the larger bag but the pictures mad it look huge and this one looked bigger then it is so maybe the larger huge one is not so big after all. I did not see any dimentions anywhere for this bag, so to help compare it is smaller then the carters or nichols messanger bag but a tad wider. You will love the bad I am sure.
I received the be all in groovy garden as a gift from a store that is no longer in business. My husband and I both loved the bag but really wanted a more neutral bag that we could both carry. I contact ju ju be and told them our situation and asked to exchange the bag for a different pattern. Not only did they agree, but they didn’t charge me to ship the new bag to me and also included a couple little extras with the new bag. I was very impressed! The bag itself is perfect. I now have the black and silver bag. The fabric is easily cleaned and the silver inside makes it easy to find things. My favorite thing about this bag is that everything has it’s own specific spot. From the bottles to the changing pad to my keys and cell phone. Love this bag! While this bag is more spendy than others out there it is clearly a much higher quality bag – with teflon, antimicrobial linings, heavy zippers and pulls, good magnetic closing for the flap, and a memory foam changing pad. Great bag and worth the extra money!
Love the bag. Has all the right pockets which hold everything needed for a hyper-active 14 month old.
