Overall a nice product. Two major things that i don't like are:
1> the rear wheels don't swivel. It makes getting around more difficult for an infant just learning to use his/her legs.
2> The tray in front has a nice snap in entertainment center. The problem is, there's too many nooks and crannies for droll and food to get stuck into. It's hard to clean and is not waterproof. The good thing is that it comes off easily so you can toss it in the trash can like I did.

On a positive note, it's doing exactly what I bought it for. My 7 month old is now mobile and exploring the house on his own.

The quality of this one is better than all the other ones out there. This one is also more expensive, but worth it. I'd classify this one as barely acceptable. And all the other ones cheap poorly built junk.

We have had horrible experiences dealing with Chicco's customer service department. We were simply missing one of the accoutrement pieces to our item. First they emailed back and said that they were out and couldn't help, then they emailed and asked for pictures, verifying documents, and serial numbers / control numbers. Two months after beginning our conversations with them we are still no closer to getting anything than when we started.

I think Chicco is all about selling you something without support, which is much different than our experience with other manufacturers of baby products. We think it is important that the company that sells us something keeps their promises and supports parents the best that they can to make sure that their children are safe and comfortable. Chicco is not a company that lives up to that standard.

I recently purchased this product, it arrived very quickly, but the product looked dirty, with scratches in a couple of places. Especially, the packaging was very bad. The outside box was almost broken. One end of the box was already opened when I received it and the plastic bag wrapping the product was almost off.

My son barely seemed interested in any independent movement prior to my purchase of this. He just wanted to be carried everywhere and lay on his back playing with toys despite my constant encouragement to sit up, roll over, and belly time for crawling. I consider it no coincidence that once he figured out how to zoom around the living room he begin more rolling over on his own, and lunging forward from sitting to try crawling. Keep a close eye on precious baby as they can get into more with this mobility!!!

I bought this walker for my 3 1/2 mth. old niece that loves to stand! She wanted to be held up to stand all the time so I purchased this walker. She loves it! The tray with the lights and sounds is awesome! She can make them go all by herself and stays amused for a long while doing so. The adjustable height is good. She is 4 months old now and can make the walker move without assistance. Also, the colors are beautiful. It is very girly! I love the hot pink! In the picture it did look red to me, but I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend this item to everyone and would buy it again as a gift!
