We started with this from a starter kit. My first daughter, never needed much cream. My youngest however has been a different story. This cream does the trick, she even asks for it.
My daughter had some irritation because she is breastfed and poops more often, so that combined with frequent wipings made her bum a little irritated. I tried other brands and they didn’t help much at all, and almost all of them contain fish oil or mineral oils. Burts is all natural, and it works! I noticed the irritation going away after the first application. We now use it at every change to prevent future irritation.
