Shelves are paper thin, they would not hold anything beyond a small 6 oz bottle of shampoo. Support area for the baby is too flimsy, we were afraid to put the baby there. The actual changing pad that comes with it is very thin, less than 0. 5" thick, but the shape of it does not lend itself well to adding another pad. We returned this changing table. We did not feel it was worth the risk. I am a second-time mom and have a lot of experience with changing tables. It is worth it to spend more and get a quality piece of furniture.

The unit arrived damaged, and I suspect the damage was not shipping-related (i. e. from the factory, whose QC group released it anyway). The three trim pieces attached to the front of the table arrived separated from the triangle-shaped shelves, due to poor glue/staples. The unit is almost entirely particle board, and is of very poor quality. Properly assembled by one who is mechanically inclined, this unit was still wobbly. Quite simply, it looks cheap. Avoid.

This changing table works very well in our small kid's room, taking up very little space and holding quite a few things. However, when it came to us, there were nicks in the wood frame, which were minor, but still not ideal. We didn't bother sending it back since we're close to our due date. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with this product.

I saw this item when I was registering for my babies nursery furniture and fell in love with the idea of saving space but still having the functionality. It takes some getting use to but I really like the design. The shelves are a funny shape and although not everything fits traditionally, I made it work. As soon as my daughter arrives I am sure after a few days of use it will be like second nature. The assembly didn't seem to be that hard, I did watch my husband put it together.

I honestly don't know how people change their babies with the table facing sideways like almost all of the other tables on the market are arranged. Once you try this setup, you'll immediately see that it is far and away the best way to approach diaper changes. Yes, like the other reviewers, mine came with some broken parts, but the customer service was good and they sent out the replacements right away. The person who said the table was wobbly obviously doesn't have it pushed into the corner as it is designed to be, because the walls make it almost impossible for it to wobble if it is put together correctly. Either way, I'd suffer through a whole lot more than some broken parts and a little wobble in order to have the only table on the market that has the baby facing you this way--changing diapers with the baby facing any other way simply makes no sense once you've used this table.
